ABOUT
I'm a Detroit-born photographer who's been creating images for over 20 years. My professional background includes wedding coverage, portraits, and interiors. My personal work focuses on documentary storytelling, street photography, and urban landscapes.
With a lifelong connection to the city of Detroit, I am especially interested in the people, neighborhoods, and stories that shape the city. Recently I have been expanding my work into reportage, documenting political rallies, public demonstrations, and community events.
I also have a deep appreciation for the natural world. As an organic gardener and naturalist, I'm particularly drawn to stories about land conservation, environmental justice, and the relationship between people and the places they inhabit.
I'm interested in collaborating with journalists, writers, publications, and community organizations on meaningful documentary projects and photo essays. I'm also available for occasional editorial and reportage assignments throughout Southeast Michigan.
